We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join the Napoleon Wear Family!
We are looking for a hustler with a fresh eye on the digital marketing space. Someone who thinks outside the box in terms of social media strategy, someone who is on top of the trends, understands the new marketing era and someone who lives and breathes content.
To work for Napoleon you need to be comfortable being in front of the camera.
The chosen candidate will likely have experience in email marketing, influencer management, Shopify, TikTok, Canva or Adobe.
This role will be a close-knit assistant role to our Founder, Em Lucin, and is an incredible learning opportunity for someone already in the Ecommerce space who is wanting to strengthen their marketing and business management skills.
This is a Part time role of 2 or 3 days per week and will commence mid-late September 2023. There will be opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate will be required to commute to Niddrie, Victoria for work.
Role & Responsibilities:
Social media posting
Content creation (video & photo)
Direct message & comments management
TikTok, Reels & UGC video editing
Becoming a face on the Em Lucin & Napoleon Wear social media channels
Email marketing design & strategy (Mailchimp or Klaviyo)
SMS marketing
Meta advertising
Organising photoshoots (models, photography, locations, wardrobe, syling)
Model & influencer scouting + management
Setting up & managing Shopify products and collections
Updating & managing Shopify website theme
Canva or Adobe asset designs
General assistant to Em Lucin (& Lucin.Co)
Packing orders (this is not a focus of your role although it may be required on occasion)
